My Best Kite

by Tony
(Adelaide, SA, Australia)

I am spoilt for choice, however the mini-Photon is the pick of the bunch for me.

It is a superbly made kite of micro-size carbon fibre, spectra laminate and small stainless steel fittings equaling 4.6 grams in weight.

Made by Tim Elverson and painted by Ruth Suiting, both of Windfire Designs, in Florida USA. They are real artisans of the underworld.

The picture is of this kite in its resting or display place, but have no fear it flies wonderfully on a scant puff of air.
