Amazing!

This kite is amazing. I was looking for an easy afternoon project and found this easy and very successful project.

I was very impressed with the range of this kite. It exceeded my expectations by a long shot. It was sunny and had barely any breeze. I jogged a little to keep it up, and it soared! I have no negative comments on this kite.

An old 2-Skewer Design
by: Tim Parish

Glad you got through the detailed instructions for this kite. They are due for overhaul, as is the design itself.

A few of the 2-Skewer designs have already been updated. The aim being to give better photos and simpler, clearer instructions. And no bow-lines, just to remove a little complexity. With the 2 skewers meeting in the middle, it is a simple matter to get the dihedral angle at the gluing stage, rather than needing to fiddle around with a bow-line as well.

Hope you have plenty more light-wind successes with this kite!
